The hotel reserves the right to change the opening hours and service areas of all outlets (free and charged), or not to open them, due to weather, occupancy and similar reasons.
The concept may change due to operational changes or supply conditions.
Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00.
The concept starts with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Late check-out can be arranged with reception on the day of departure, subject to availability; please ask reception about charges.
Room and towel cards are issued at check-in according to the number of guests; a fee applies for cards that are not returned.
By law, alcohol is not served to guests under 18.
For hygiene reasons, food and drinks from outside are not allowed in the hotel.

Food and drinks may not be taken out of the restaurant and bar areas.
